Bif's right, it's easy. but no cookies or cake in that diet. I lost 5 pounds already woohoo
Im lactose intolerant anyways Sad

Christmas was very hard for me because I couldn't have stuff like that. I got a stockingfull of chocolate and I can't eat it!!

I was once vegetarian for like six month but my dad went crazy at me and made me eat meat for x-mas.

Another thing I have to watch out for is all my allergies and low whatever levels.
